Leonteq Securities (Europe) GmbH (the “Company”) is part of the Leonteq Group, whose main seat is in Zurich, Switzerland. The Company predominantly distributes securities issued by other companies within the Leonteq Group.
The Company’s total assets amount to less than €10 billion, meaning the Company is not a major institution as defined in section 1(2) of the InstitutsVergV.
The Company is not bound by a collective bargaining agreement. The remuneration paid by the Company corresponds to industry standards.
The remuneration paid to the Company’s employees comprises fixed and variable components. The employees’ fixed remuneration consists of twelve-monthly salary payments. The employees’ variable remuneration is paid as a lump sum at the end of March each year.
The amount of variable remuneration paid is related to the performance of the respective employees, as well as to the success of the Leonteq Group as a whole. Employee performance is measured using quantitative and, above all, qualitative methods. Variable remuneration may not be paid if the Leonteq Group as a whole fails to perform adequately. The Company’s risk profile is taken into account across the entire pay structure.
